Dark Light

This might seem like a clickbait title and you must have clicked on this to read a parody article, but I kid you not: Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed yet again. This time by 21 days to December 10. The official channel made this sad news public on Twitter a few minutes back. We were quite certain after the game went gold on October 5 and had heaved a sigh of relief thinking the delay fiasco was behind us, but we were wrong. We had reported the last delay too – when the game got pushed back from September 17 to November 19, but we didn’t see this one coming! This time will be used by the development team to work on a Day 0 patch to help people have bug-free gameplay when it finally launches.

After numerous accusations of crunch and spending over $121 million since its announcement in 2012, CD Projekt Red has battled numerous controversies and kept on working on Cyberpunk 2077. Hope their effort pays off, the developers get a well-deserved break and bonus after this, and we gamers get to enjoy a game during our Christmas break! Damn. 2020 has been brutal! Our plans to burn a city along with Keanu Reeves has been postponed for now.
