Dark Light

With COVID-19 ravaging throughout the globe, people have been forced to stay within their homes, pondering about the new games they can hope to play in the upcoming months. It seems that Ubisoft may have more to announce this year than people might be expecting. While the nature of the projects they are working on isn’t exactly known – there is confirmation that more titles are in production – some of which haven’t been announced yet. A prominent leak suggests exactly that – the new title being from Ubisoft Leamington.

Ubisoft has been spotted hiring for a live operations manager for an “unannounced project”. The listing is for Ubisoft Leamington – the studio known for games like Tom Clancy’s The Division, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, Far Cry 5, and Starlink: Battle for Atlas. One objective mentions “Plan, prioritize and set inspiring objectives for your team members all year long” – suggesting that there is some time before the game’s release. The terms have been carefully framed to hide

For all we know, this project might be the Prince of Persia remake rumored to be announced at the upcoming digital event. There’s also the chance that Ubisoft Leamington is working on a new Tom Clancy’s title or a completely new IP. If it’s a new IP, guesswork about the type of title becomes slightly harder.

Like all leaks, take this with a pinch of salt till an official announcement comes through.
