The Polish organization has announced that the CSGO squad will officially cease to play in professional tournaments. One of the CSGO teams which officially stayed free from the roster changes which occur before a major before taking the hard decision to let go of Wiktor “TaZ” Wojtas, and later Janusz “Snax” Pogorzelski and Paweł “byali” Bieliński last year. Sadly, the new roster with Michał “MICHU” Müller, Michał “snatchie” Rudzki and Piotr “morelz” Taterka as replacements didn’t perform as well as the team’s fans and management would have expected them to.

                                                                Virtus Pro finished 5th in the Blast Pro series Istanbul 2018, and failed to qualify for the main stage of EPICENTER 2018 as well as the next ESL Pro League season.

Roman Dvoryankin, Virtus.pro General manager, said that “After London Major we were quite optimistic about the potential of the current lineup. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. The long term strategy for us is to build a competitive team around young players and we will follow it while making decisions. I’d like to ask our fans to be supportive in the next couple of weeks”.
