Developer Edmund McMillen has announced that The Binding of Isaac will be getting its final DLC in the form of Repentence. He specifically stated that it’s actually going to be the final one this time.
Repentance will be a paid DLC because of the amount of content it adds to the already near perfect roguelike. It’ll feature a new soundtrack, new cutscenes, and new story bits
and tonnes of other fun stuff. Repentence will also include the fan favorite ‘Antibirth’ mode. Apparently, all this stuff will make the players ‘shit their butts’. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
A release date has yet to be announced.
