Today, on the PS blog, Sony’s Jim Ryan confirmed that Sony will be showing off PS5 games next week.
Ryan, mentioned on the blog post that,
“We’ve shared technical specifications and shown you the new DualSense wireless controller. But what is a launch without games? “
Ryan also said that they plan to showcase a plethora of games, both small and new. He also addressed the changes they have had to make in their PR efforts within personal events becoming in-practical in the given times.
“This digital showcase will run for a bit more than an hour and, for the first time, we will all be together virtually experiencing the excitement together.”
Ryan also iterated that the PS5 is still launching during the holidays.
The reveal/showcase will be streamed live on YouTube and Twitch June 4 at 1pm PDT (1:30am IST June 5).
