It seems like PlayStation ™ has stealing the first spot in the console wars. As Sony Computer Entertainment announced in a press release that, PlayStation™ 4 systems has sold over 5.7 million units during this 2015 Holiday season.
They also stated that,the total worldwide sales for PlayStation ™ Software had sold over 35.9 million copies.
Sony has also announced in the same press release that- the PlayStation ™ Plus network has gained almost 60 percent more subscribers as compared to the same period of the previous year.
Sony Computer Entertainment’s president and Global CEO, Andrew House in the press release said –
“We are absolutely delighted that so many customers have selected PS4 as the best place to play throughout this holiday season and that the PS4 community is growing more than ever,”
And again added by saying –
“We remain steadfast in our commitment to deliver innovative entertainment experiences, and look forward to bringing an unprecedented games
portfolio from third party developers and publishers and SCE Worldwide Studios, including UNCHARTED 4: A Thief’s End, New Hot Shots Golf (working title) and The Last Guardian, this coming year.”
It looks like PlayStation™ continues to dominate the console market as well as the rage among other console developers.
So didn’t had a PS4, just grab one as it is available in 124 countries and regions worldwide.
