Dark Light

If you are into Counter Strike: Global Offensive, and follow the E-sport events of the game, it is impossible to not know who Fnatic are, and more importantly the players’ names, who are some of the best in the world- Olofmeister, flusha, Krimz, etc.

I have been following E-sports since last year, and started playing CS:GO this year in February and throughout the time, I have been following some live streams, browsing through YouTube watching the plays of these maestros and been their fan (Even though for a short time), it is very sad to hear that Fnatic are splitting up and Krimz, JW and flusha are departing. It was decided that the three players will be going to ex-Fnatic memeber Pronax’s team- Godsent and will get Twist and Lekro. The line up will be completed by Wenton who was previously a sub.

The day I never thought would come is sadly here, my departure from fnatic, after 3 years of blood, sweat and Monster we are closing a chapter. Our results have not been satisfying to all of us lately and I guess you can say that these internal pressures test friendships, unfortunately we did not pass that test. What we achieved over the years together can only be described as amazing, with some of the most enjoyable moments of my life… Thank you to all who’ve been a part of that journey.

Looking ahead we got the opportunity to be a part of GODSENT, and helping to develop the brand, and our future is exciting. The new chapter we are starting together with two very good friends to all of us, players we have played with before and players we are confident we will build a new legacy together with.

I hope the fans understand us and support us in our decision and can keep cheering for both teams in future clashes. In my heart i will still always be a Fnatic.

A special thanks to cArn, Devilwalk, znajder, pronax, olofmeister, Dennis, vuggo, PlesseN, wenton & the rest of the Fnatic management for this amazing journey. On to the next one! GG WP!

A little history As Per Fnatic Management

The current era truly began in earnest during DreamHack Winter 2013, Fnatic beat NiP in the finals claiming victory over very first CS:GO Major. From that point on, the team became a familiar name at the top of the table, seeing repeat victories at DreamHack Tours and Summer in 2015.

Once the team had developed the taste for Major victories they went on to participate in ESL One Cologne 2014, ending in second place. This only made them hungrier for success as they would go on to compete in ESL One Katowice 2015, winning the Major before doing the exact same thing at ESL One Cologne 2015.

2015 was Fnatic’s best year to date as the team participated in season 2 of the ESL ESEA Pro League and added another first place win to their impressive list of accomplishments. They claimed the title of best team in the world to little surprise of anyone. After all, it was only to be expected from a team consisting of individual players that were all considered the best player in the world at some point.

We would like to thank JW, KRIMZ and flusha for the hard work, passion, and clutch plays they brought to the team and wish them all the best moving forward! It has been an incredible journey and as an organization we are proud to have them be a part of our legacy. Good luck!
