Dark Light

Techland yesterday revealed its dramatic, previously unreleased 26-minute Dying Light 2 gameplay video that brings back the exceptional ability and brutal combat gameplay, viciously evolving infected, and the next iteration of the day/night cycle.
Techland, the developers of the upcoming Dying Light 2, have shown an extended E3 demo ahead of next year’s launch. The gameplay segment was initially shown behind closed doors in June, before being made available to the public. The demo shows off a variety of scenarios within Dying Light 2, including the distinctive fast-flowing parkour.

Taking place in The City, Dying Light 2 puts you in charge of Aiden Caldwell who is forced to make difficult decisions in order to ensure not only his own survival, but also that of those close to him and the region as a whole. In Dying Light 2, your choices help shape the narrative, as well as the world around them that results in a playable sandbox that is 4x larger than the original Dying Light game.

Dying Light 2 will be using the C-Engine, a new generation of Techland’s in-house technology. Dying Light 2 is scheduled to release in Spring 2020.
