IO Interactive has released a new HITMAN 2 trailer, this time showcasing Ghost Mode, which seems to be the multiplayer aspect of the upcoming stealth-action video game.
Ghost Mode in HITMAN 2, gives players the chance to simultaneously hunt targets while in the same location and can see a “ghost” version of their rival gamer to track progress against their own, but they exist in separate realities unaffected by the actions of their adversary. In Ghost Mode, the player who can outsmart, outplay and outkill their opponent by eliminating five targets first, will declare victory.
Players start out with no equipment and have to find the tools of their trade within the game world. Sort of like HITMAN: Battle Royale (but better). Do note that spotted kills will not count.
HITMAN 2 will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro, the Xbox One family of devices including the Xbox One X and PC beginning 13th November 2018.
