Vex was one of the few games that we found interesting on Kickstarter and had posted about it along with some other games, which you can see here. The game’s Kickstarter campaign was successful and is ready to be released on Steam Greenlight and will be available to the gamers very soon after it is voted positively. The release date has not been confirmed yet but we are expecting it to be out in the coming weeks.
The system requirements have been given out by the developers which are as follows:

– RAM: 1Gb
– Graphics: Geforce 8400 GS / AMD HD 5450
– Graphics: Intel HD 5000 / AMD A8 6600K
– Storage: 110 MB free space (130 MB on Linux)
– OS: Windows XP / Mac OS 10.7 / Linux varies

– CPU: Intel Core i3 3220 / AMD FX 4300
– RAM: 2Gb
– Graphics: Nvidia GTS 450 / AMD HD 6770

The system requirements of the game are not very lofty and the game will practically run on any modern PC out there. But the developer has also said that the requirements are subject to change as and when the release date gets closer.

The game will have a play time of about 6-9 hours depending on your skill. Replayability may play a major role in determining the life span of the game. Console releases are also planned if the game is successful on Steam. Being a retro styled game with great visuals may appeal to the crowd, and the puzzle nature of the game makes it a great game for all ages. You can get more info on Vex here.
