Nightdive Studios has announced that an alpha version of their System Shock Remake is available to a select number of its Kickstarter backers. The team has released a new in-game video that shows off the current look and feel of the game.
Do note that the textures in this video are not representative of the final release. These textures were used in order to give the team an idea of how the levels will look and will be re-tooled prior to its official launch.
The Adventure Alpha version of System Shock allows players to freely traverse Citadel Station, pick up items, listen to audio logs, read emails and complete the game’s objectives from start to finish. This alpha is currently available to Cortex Reaver or Citadel Crew Member tiers.
