SEGA®️ announced today Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 is scheduled to be released in North America and Europe on August 5, 2025, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Steam, and the Nintendo Switch family of systems.
The sequel is much awaited after the previous edition of the game – Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles. The game featured only a limited part of the story, left fans waiting generously for the sequel and hence, this marks it as a highly exciting news for all demon slayer fans.
As part of this announcement, a new trailer has been released, showcasing how the Entertainment District Arc is portrayed in the Story mode.

Digital pre-orders will kick off this Monday, March 3, 2025, for PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam platforms, with the Nintendo Switch version to follow later.
