There is still one more hour to go for an official Need for Speed reveal, although it seems like Amazon has pull the trigger earlier than expected and give us some more details about EA’s latest entry in its popular racing franchise.
According to Amazon US listing, Need for Speed is apparently titled as Need for Speed: Payback and is set in fictional Fortune Valley which draws inspiration from Las Vegas. You can presumably play as three different characters – Tyler the Racer, Mac the Showman, and Jess the Wheelman in search of vegenance against The House which is described as “a nefarious cartel that rules the City’s Casino, criminals, and cops”.

Update: Evidently, EA and Ghost Games, developer behind 2015’s Need for Speed reboot, officially unveils Need for Speed: Payback as a November 10, 2017 title.
