A few dozen leaks and rumors later, we finally get to see the trailer before our own eyes. Set in Empire Bay during the Prohibition. The remaster features not only upgraded visuals but also new side activities and missions that one can engage in to keep one engaged. There are subtle changes to the story as well as was seen in the trailer. It’s more of a remake than a remaster, and people are glad that it happened. Mafia 2’s remaster was really rushed, and 2K has to make up for lost ground – and what’s a better method than officially showcasing a remake that has been rumored for quite some time.
The trailer showcases some of the scenes from the story of Mafia: Definitive Edition. The game can be ordered on Steam for a price of 1699 INR. Note that owners of the original game do not get a free upgrade to the definitive edition as the game isn’t a remaster of the classic version.
