In March this year, Google revealed what could be the future of gaming (or not). Stadia takes gaming to the cloud allowing gamers to enjoy games on any Stadia supported devices and play. Stadia did not reveal much beside the main concept underlying the technology during the initial announcement. In what seems to be the first of many official announcements to come, Stadia will organize a Stadia Connect to keep people updated with all information about the service.

Starring on June 6, Stadia Connect promises to reveal the pricing of the service, launch availability, the games available for playing with it, and other minor details. During the first announcement, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and DOOM were the only titles mentioned as part of the catalog Stadia promises to launch with. Without more games, the service would not be an appealing enough to consumers to maintain a sufficient player base. Pricing is highly debatable, and probably the most important aspect, because its success in the first phase of launch in a few selected countries will determine its fate in later phases when Google finds the need to expand to other countries.

Stadia Connect however, won’t be the one-stop shop for Stadia. Google will be having a conference this E3, though they plan to wind up all important announcements before that.
