Dark Light

Many people must have not heard about this game because it is still in early development. Elex is a post-apocalyptic  RPG being developed by Piranha Bytes and Nordic Games which will be released on PC, Xbox One and PS4.

The game had an initial release date of Q4 2016, but has now been delayed to 2017. The game is promising some interesting features:

  • A huge and diverse open world
  • Vertical Exploration using Jetpack
  • An environment which reacts to the player’s in-game decisions
  • Tactical and Challenging melee and ranged combat

The game definitely sounds awesome in theory, but we will have to wait some more time for in-game footage to speculate more about the game. The minimum system requirements for the game have also been revealed and they do seem a tad bit high:

CPU- Intel i5 2.5 GHz/ AMD Phenom II x4 940 at 3.0 GHz.

GPU- Nvidia GTX 570/ AMD HD 5870

Storage- 20 GB

If these are the requirements of the final game we don’t know how the PS4 or Xbox One will be able to run it. We are not going to speculate on this as well because the game is still in early development and as the game goes through optimizations, the above specs may come down. For now they are quite high for minimum requirements is what we are going to say.
