Ever since, we invented the internet, secrets have been really tough to keep. The latest secret to be spilled is the screenshots and leaked info about the sequel to the Deus Ex franchise, reportedly titled Deus Ex Mankind Divided.
We here at IndianNoob, like to cover confirmed news. We look at rumors with a certain disdain and cynicism, like we do at this Red Dead Redemption 2 news. Sure it could be a legit game, but until Rockstar themselves come out and confirm it, you won’t see it on IndianNoob.
This news however follows the pattern of a classic Ubisoft leak. The screenshots, and some info about the latest Deus Ex was leaked over the internet. Square Enix instead of covering up the leak, just went ahead full disclosure, and actually did an online Twitch release named Project CKP (Can’t Kill Progress). Even the Deus Ex official website points to the Twitch stream which basically means that CKP is bascially the next Deus Ex.
The screenshots however were leaked onto the information highway, by a Neogaf user (those Neogafs and their leaks, I tell you). The screenshots come along with the info that the game will be called, Deus Ex mankind Divided. You can check out the set of them below:
The screenshot show Adam Jensen, that cyborg who has got a thing for Stealth and Guns. In Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Adam Jensen is a member of an Interpol-funded task force that is tracking down augmented terrorists.
Square Enix rebooted the series a few years ago with Deus Ex, which was both critically and financially well received. The game proved to be an excellent mixture of stealth and shooter mechanics. So its completely ok to be excited for the next entry to the franchise.
