Last month during Gamescom, THQ Nordic revealed their upcoming open-world action RPG game, Biomutant, developed by newly formed Sweden-based studio Experiment 101.
Initially, the developers showed us a cinematic trailer and 11 mins of the Biomutant world. We now have a new gameplay footage from PAX West, courtesy of IGN, showing off the game’s combat, some quests and enemies.

Biomutant was by favourite game out of gamescom this year, I also did a small write-up on why it’s better than other games shown during gamescom.

Biomutant is a post-apocalyptic open-worl that delivers real-time melee, shooter and ability action. Replayability by varied and d character progression, exploration of three systematically generated worlds, an under and a small solar system, by foot, mech, aiballoon, jetski and UFO. Biomutant also fea fully customizable (MMO style) character mutation system, bionics and creative item crafting, plus an interactive narrative featu contextual storyteller where the players cr their own story of survival in a vibrant colo world.
BioMutant will be released on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in 2018.
