e-xpress Interactive, India’s leading video game distributor, concluded WWE 2K18 Road To WrestleMania in Mumbai yesterday. After 2 days of intense WWE 2K18 action which brought winners of qualifiers held in different cities and online qualifier under one roof, Rohit Vishwakarma from Mumbai bagged ₹ 14,000 cash prize, a replica of the WWE Championship belt, and most importantly, an all-expense paid trip to watch WrestleMania 34 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA on April 8, 2018. “It is an unreal feeling, I am a massive WWE fan and I could have never imagined watching something as big as WrestleMania live”, said the 23 year old data analyst from Mumbai.

Accompanying him will be Aditya Joshi from Mumbai who took the runner-up spot which earned him ₹ 7,000 cash prize along with a trip to WrestleMania. Winner of last year’s tournament, Manan Sanghvi could only finish as high as 3 rd this time around and earned ₹ 4,000 cash prize.

At the conclusion of the annual event held by e-xpress Interactive, Mr. Anand Khemani, CEO and Co-founder, had this to say, “We are always pleased to see the enthusiasm of WWE fans and gamers in India. We went to more cities this year to find the best WWE 2K players and we intend to host more events in the future”
Road To WrestleMania qualifiers were held in 14 cities and also online, while the National Finals
were held at Oberoi Mall, Mumbai. The event was witnessed by a large number of mall visitors who also got a chance to play WWE 2K18 at the venue.
