World of Warcraft: Shadowlands is the eighth expansion pack for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) World of Warcraft, following 2018’s Battle for Azeroth. The expansion will open up the Shadowlands, the realm of the dead in Warcraft lore. It will feature the game’s first “level squish” and a completely overhauled leveling system, access to the Death Knight class for the races that did not previously have access to it, Covenants in the new zones, and new dungeons and raids.
Recently Blizzard updated the system requirements for World of Warcraft’s new Shadowlands expansion on Tuesday, and the developer recommends using a SSD for this one. There is also a fancy new upgrade for graphics enthusiasts in the form of raytraced shadows. The updated minimum and recommended system requirements of the Shadowlands expansion on Windows and Mac requirements are listed below.
