Every online multiplayer game has it’s share of hacks and being a CSGO player trying to rise in ranks, I know what it feels like to have an aim bot, wall hacks and spin bots in the opponent. In recent times Overwatch has become both an E-sport and a sensation and just like any other online competitive games, it is being bombarded with game breaking hacks.
The new hack, is being called nuking, which acts like a DDoS attack and makes the player in the opponents face lots of lag and possible time outs. Here is the Twitter page of Overwatch where the news was posted and here is the Reddit
While playing competitive matches, this can result to temporary ban which is probably the worst thing that could happen when it is not the player’s fault. Please try to stay out of competitive unless there is some answer or patch from Blizzard.
