Croatian developer Croteam has announced Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass, the next entry in the beloved fps series. Croteam revealed the new game on home soil this morning during the opening Reboot Develop 2018 keynote.
The studio announced the much-anticipated fps via a teaser trailer and said that they will be revealing Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass at the Devolver Digital E3 conference, this June in LA.
The teaser doesn’t reveal much. But if what is shown there is an indication (Sam shooting down a charging Kamikaze), then one can be certain that Planet Badass will feature the same fast-paced explosive gameplay the series is well known for. Croteam has been in the works for the sequel for quite some time, as the third entry in the series was released back in 2011. Serious Sam series is known for fast-paced fps gameplay featuring huge open levels and tonnes and tonnes of enemies.
