Rockstar Games lifted the lid on the details about the various bonuses players will have access to when they preorder Red Dead Redemption 2. There are three editions of the game, the Standard Edition, Special Edition and Ultimate Edition. Certain preorder bonuses are available for all editions, whereas the Special and Ultimate Editions have additional bonuses thrown in.
For the preorder of any version of the game, players are entitled to a War Horse and an Outlaw Survival Kit. The War Horse is a horse which is tougher than the others in the Wild West, not easily scared of flying bullets, also sporting an increased amount of stamina, allowing it to sprint for a longer period of time. The Outlaw Survival Kit contains a collection of key supplies for enduring the rigors of life on the frontier, including items to replenish Health, Dead Eye and more.

The Special Edition delivers additional content for the story mode including a bank robbery mission and a gang hideout in story mode. Besides the War Horse, a Dappled Black Thoroughbred sporting a beautiful black coat, and with an extraordinary amount of speed which it can maintain for hours of sprinting. The Nuevo Paraiso saddle adds to its glory. The talisman and medallion gameplay bonuses give the player additional bonuses to boost survivability. Also get access to additional cash bonuses and discounts in game, besides gameplay boosts to improve the player experience. The Ultimate Edition has all of the content offered by the Special Edition, and more extra content for the ultimate online experience. All Ultimate Edition purchasers get the Blackrose Bounty Hunter outfit and the Copperhead outfit, besides a fast horse, the Black Chestnut Thoroughbred, equipped with the High Plains Cutting saddle. All Ultimate Edition purchasers get a boost in XP to help them rank up till level 25. The ability to customize the player’s camp with the Survivor theme ,besides the availability of the Volcanic Pistol, Pump Action Shotgun and Lancaster Varmint Rifle for free from gunsmiths online is also exclusive to the Ultimate Edition.

Digital preorders get bonus cash for both Red Dead Redemption 2 story mode and in GTA Online. Another perk includes a treasure map which allows the player to get a head start on treasures in the game.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will be available for the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One on October 28, 2018. The retail distribution for Red Dead Redemption 2 in India will be handled by e-xpress Interactive.
