The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the critically acclaimed game was released back this May. It has also won so many awards from various publication and also manages to be on our list of Must Play Games of 2015.
Our Noob, Pratyush has considered it as his Game of the Year.
Because Geralt is the baddest bad-ass ever.

CD Projekt Red also released one expansion pack earlier this year, titled as Hearts of Stone, and have scheduled another expansion pack for 2016 release, named as Blood and Wine.
Apart from those DLCs however, NexusMods user Parkan has designed several mods for Witcher 3. Including a mod which allows us to play as a woman rather than the main protagonist Geralt of Rivia. We are able to change ourselves into Triss, Yennefer, Shani or Ciri.
There are some catches though. For startersit doesn’t work with the Nilfgaardian, Temerian, or Skelligian DLC armor sets. Also, the mod still uses Geralt’s animation, Geralt’s voice and Geralt still appears in the cutscenes. That does break the immersion in some ways, but its still handy when you are just roaming around the continent.
This not the only mod that Parkan has designed for Witcher 3. Another Mod enables us to bring Lambert, Eskel, Ves, Cirilla or Kigan permanently along us through the journey as our companion (Did we really need that??).
According to a Reddit thread, we can even use our companion to help us in combat (somehow).
You can check this mods working in the video above.
