People are really excited to see the PlayStation digital event for the first-hand reveal of the PlayStation 5 as well as new first-party exclusives. There is quite a bit of speculation about what is going to be revealed in this event – with more rumors being false than true. Gaming journalist Jason Schreier had come up with a leak that suggested that Insomniac Games, the developer of The Amazing Spiderman, might not be showing the new Spiderman game today.

Jason Schreier had mentioned that Insomniac Games would not be focusing on the new Spiderman game today – but highlight some other title that they have been working on for quite some time. What’s surprising is that Jason deleted the tweet shortly after he posted it, even though it had been retweeted quite a few times by other personalities in the gaming industry.

Gaming journalist Jason Grubb has hinted at the release being possibly Ratchet and Clank. People have been wanting a sequel for quite some time, and Insomniac is only too pleased to deliver.

However, the delete of Schreier’s tweet does raise quite a few questions about Insomniac’s reveal. This could suggest that a sequel to The Amazing Spiderman would definitely be teased in some way or another – and Schreier simply deleted his tweet not to ruin the hype before the actual reveal.

Like all leaks, take this with a pinch of salt till the actual reveal takes place.
