There are moments in everyone’s lives when they are not quite sure or proud of their decisions. And if you happen to come across a game like Moe Waifu H Push-Box, chances are you have made one of such decisions. In the entirety of all the games I have played and reviewed, this is the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Moe Waifu H Push-Box is a 2D push-box puzzler developed and published by Eastasiasoft. It was released on 9th May 2025 for PlayStation and PC via Steam.
The game consists of brain-teasing block puzzles. You’ll meet 5 female companions who will test your problem-solving skills and reward your cleverness. Players must navigate colorful, seasonally themed stages in a top-down style as they push crates onto designated tiles. The boxes can only be pushed and cannot be pulled. So if you end up pushing any of the boxes into the corner instead of the X’s where they are supposed to be, you gotta start over.

Overall, that makes 15 puzzles in total, each puzzle unlocking an image of the girls in their respective outfits. From casual summer slacks to skimpy swimsuits, each of the girls has 3 costumes and 3 puzzles. As for puzzles, 12-13 are fairly easy enough to solve within seconds. The only time I had to brainstorm a bit was during the last phases, and I still managed to beat the entirety of it within 20 minutes.

Despite its limited 20-minute playtime and almost negligible replayability, there’s one thing the game succeeds at – trophy hunting. Unlike most, if you have a knack for completing most achievements or earning trophies on PSN, this might just be what you need. The game features 16 trophies – 1 Platinum, 10 Gold, and 5 Silver. All these trophies can be collected in less than 20 minutes.
By normal game standards, earning these many trophies requires hours of grinding, which may take days or even months to accomplish. On top of that, it’s dirt cheap to buy, which makes it a perfect title for trophy hunters. As for Gooners, this is a fairly misleading title, as there are no waifus to be found in this one.
Real Talk
Despite its clickbait-y title, minuscule playtime, easy and non-frustrating puzzles, and negligible replayability, Moe Waifu H Push-Box is a great title for trophy hunting and casual playtime. Still, its dirt-cheap price tag can barely justify the shortest amount of playtime and content that it provides.
