Focus Home Interactive and New World Interactive have released a new gameplay overview trailer for their upcoming tactical multiplayer FPS, Insurgency: Sandstorm. In the trailer Michael Tsarouhas, the lead designer goes over some of the basics of the game and what it brings to the table such as a tactical co-op mode and the three PvP modes.
Insurgency: Sandstorm, is the sequel to the cult hit Insurgency and like its predecessor, is a team-based, tactical FPS based on lethal close quarters combat and objective-oriented multiplayer gameplay. Experience the intensity of modern combat where skill is rewarded, and teamwork wins the fight. Prepare for a hardcore depiction of combat with deadly ballistics, light attack vehicles, destructive artillery, and HDR audio putting the fear back into the genre.
Insurgency: Sandstorm will release for PC on December 12, 2018, while the console versions are targeting a release date of 2019.
