Finally, its time to hunt Aaron Keener. Teased throughout the better part of last year and introduced through a very bad-ass looking anime short, Division 2 players can now return to New York this time to hunt Aaron Keener and his Warlords who have taken over New York. To mark this joyously violent occasion, Ubisoft even releases a new trailer which you can check out below:
As we had reported earlier, Warlords Of New York doesn’t only bring a brand new narrative-driven campaign to the shared open-world looter-shooter, but it also brings a host of changes to the base game as well including the introduction of Seasons and return of Global Events.
The Division 2, as well as The Division 2 Warlords of New York will launch on Google’s new generation gaming platform, Stadia, on 17th March. On Stadia, both the game and its expansion will also feature cross-play capabilities with PC, allowing Division Agents to play on Stadia and PC to play together. In order to experience cross-play capabilities, players must link their Uplay account with their Stadia account. In addition to cross-play, cross-progression will let players carry their Agent progression across both Stadia and PC.
Current Division 2 Agents can purchase The Division 2 Warlords of New York on its own while new Agents can purchase The Division 2 Warlords of New York Edition, which includes The Division 2 base game along with the Division 2 Warlords of New York expansion. Also available is the Ultimate Edition, which includes both The Division 2 base game and The Division 2 Warlords of New York expansion, as well as all Year 1 Pass content, Classified Assignments and unlocked specializations. Each edition of the game comes with a Level 30 boost which players can activate to immediately jump directly into the expansion. After completing The Division 2 Warlords of New York campaign, Agents can then fast travel freely between Washington DC and New York City to enjoy the entire range of The Division 2’s content.
