You can choose ‘Hindi’ language for subtitles and texts in Biomutant, all set to release on May 25, 2021, for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
We got some questions in regards of what languages the game will be playable in so here we go:
English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese, Malay, Hindi and Arabic.

As a kid, I used to play a lot of games on my PlayStation 2 and it always frustrated me that games had limited language options, which were usually – English, Dutch, and Espanol. I always questioned why Hindi was not recognized by gaming studios, and the answer became clearer over time as I couldn’t find other people who owned a PS2 around me. But talking of 2021, gaming is the next big thing, and it isn’t surprising that Hindi has been taken into account in the list of subtitles but we are surely happy that Biomutant will be some of the first studios who will give recognition to the language over the years.
In 2021, the traditional thought process of making a game has changed and improved over time. Companies and studios while making a game also focus on UX Design which is the next big aspect and covers a lot of things but most importantly – Accessibility. Empathizing with your players and making sure each of them has the best experience with the game, is one of the primary goals companies thrive to achieve. Inclusion of the Hindi language is one of the goals achieved by Biomutant.
We really hope more companies thrive incorporate more accessibility options because we as gamers want everyone around us to have the same experience. Biomutant will come out on 25th May and until then check out our podcast and get to know What is happening to Cyberpunk now.
