Dark Light

If you have been around here often. You would know that I am big into Watchdogs. I plan to play, eat and sleep the hell out of that game as soon as it comes out.

Anyways, so much for my personal blabber. Ubisoft has been ramping up the trailers for the past few days with Watchdogs. We recently had a PlayStation exclusive trailer, preceded by a Story trailer. This week, its the open world of Chicago which is in the limelight. The trailer shows off the fully realized world of Chicago and how every single NPC moving around in this world is a mini-game in itself.

Personally, I like open world maps which are based on real world cities. I loved the Seattle setting of inFamous Second Son (review soon), and I thoroughly enjoyed the historical settings of Assassin’s Creed cities. It just roots the game into something real. i have nothing against Los Santos, and San Andreas, but in these real world open world games, the moments of HEY!! I know this place is more common and more awesome.

Ubisoft says that Watchdogs will bring the game to the players. With that statement, they will try to address the problem of the gamer getting lost in the open world. How will they pull it off, or not will have to wait till the release date of Watchdogs.

So enjoy the trailer, everyone and let us know what you think in the comments. And hey welcome to Chicago!!!!

WatchDogs will be released on 27th of May on X-Box One, PlayStation 4, X-Box 360 and PlayStation 3
