The Astronauts’ Witchfire is one of my highly anticipated upcoming FPS, mostly because these are the same people that worked on Painkiller as well as the excellent The Vanishing of Ethan Carter. One game is known for its fast-paced gunplay while the other is one of the most dangerously beautiful games I’ve ever played.
However, there isn’t a lot currently known about Witchfire, other than the fact that it will be a dark fantasy FPS with not a lot of emphasis on the story and will be using photogrammetry to deliver photorealistic visuals.
The Astronauts have released a short snippet of Witchfire, this time showing off some of its gunplay. You can watch the video below.
