It’s been a long time since we’ve seen anything gaming related to Sam Raimi’s popular Evil Dead franchise. Recently, rumors were going about regarding an upcoming Evil Dead game coming exclusively to VR. However, veteran actor Bruce Campbell, who voices the iconic hero Ash Williams has confirmed via Twitter that this Evil Dead game is being developed for consoles and PC, and will not be a VR title.
There isn’t much known about this game at the moment but we’re hopeful that it will be something that lives up to the cult classic’s name. The last semi-decent Evil Dead game we’ve played was Regeneration and that was 14 years ago.
