Super Daryl Deluxe, the RPGvania with a brawler-style combat system and hand-drawn comic aesthetic from Dan & Gary Games, will be the new kid in class on Nintendo Switch, simultaneously alongside the previously announced PlayStation 4 and PC, on 10 April, 2018.
Daryl Whitelaw just transferred to the perfectly normal Water Falls High School, where students visit alternate worlds in every classroom. What’s weird is how students keep disappearing, while the new principal sits locked away in his office.
With the help of a giant axe, a trusty mop and more than 45 other powers to mix and match, Daryl must save the day… and hopefully he’ll do something about that mullet in the process.
Dan & Gary Games is an artist-programmer duo making their first trek through the wild world of game development with Super Daryl Deluxe. The game, which allows players to construct their own combat system and save the world from a vile high school administration, has allowed the two to explore and invent their own unique brand of storytelling through award-winning visuals and fluid, immersive gameplay.
