According to SuperData’s March 2019 digital games spending report, From Software’s latest outing, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice has sold roughly 1.4 million digital units across console and PC in March, thus outperforming FromSoftware’s previous title, Dark Souls 3. In comparison, Dark Souls 3 had reached sold 1.2m digital sales in its launch month.

It doesn’t mean that it’s the overall sales figures for Sekiro. Activision had earlier stated that Sekiro had sold more than 2 million copies worldwide. It’s great to see Souls-like breaking their initial niche bubble and getting through to the masses with each new entry.
