Samsung’s CRG5 monitor officially made a debut during the PC Gaming Show. The curved display sports a refresh rate of 240 Hz, and is powered by NVIDIA GSync – meaning that owners of NVIDIA GPUs can eliminate screen tearing with the GSync feature. This is the first VA panel from Samsung to ship with NVIDIA GSync. The curve could be an offset for competitive gamers, but it well navigates the tradeoff between performance in competitive and in casual games. Also, the monitor launches with a price tag of $250 for the 24 inch monitor and $400 for the 27 inch monitor.
Preorders can be done at the Samsung site, or from other retailers after June 12.
