Independent publisher 505 Games and internationally renowned developer Remedy Entertainment, Plc. invite players to take a glimpse at the curious location behind the highly anticipated supernatural action-adventure game Control, with a gripping new “World” trailer. Originally revealed as an IGN First, the new trailer features narration by the distinguished James McCaffrey (Max Payne, Alan Wake, “Rescue Me”) in the role of former Bureau Director Trench

Control is set in a unique and ever-changing world that juxtaposes our familiar reality with the strange and unexplainable. After a secretive agency in New York is invaded by an otherworldly threat, players will take on the role of Jesse Faden (Courtney Hope), the new Director struggling to regain Control. This sandbox-style, gameplay-driven experience built on the proprietary Northlight engine will challenge players to master a combination of supernatural abilities, modifiable loadouts and reactive environments while fighting through the deep and mysterious worlds Remedy is known and loved for.

To bring players even closer to the world of Control, Remedy Entertainment will host a global livestream direct from it’s development studio beginning at 16:00 GMT today, Dec. 20, 2018, with VOD to follow. Featuring Game Director Mikael “Mixu” Kasurinen, Lead Actress Courtney Hope (Quantum Break, “The Bold and the Beautiful”),Remedy Communications Director Thomas Puha and hosted by Control Community Manager Vida Starcevic the livestream will offer a deeper discussion around the World trailer and a look at how far the game has come since its debut at E3 2018, as well as present the community with an opportunity to ask questions about the game via chat: https://www.twitch.tv/remedygames.

Control will arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam for PC in 2019, published by 505 Games.
