Nvidia announced today, a new family of affordable graphic cards based on their patented PASCAL architecture, the GTX 1050 and the GTX 1050Ti.
The GeForce GTX 1050 will be priced at INR 10,000 and the GTX 1050 Ti, at INR 12,500.
Both will let you play your favorite games at a smooth 60 frames-per-second. According to Nvidia, both the 1050 and the 1050Ti offer great choice to the gamer because:
The GPU performance required to run a modern game at 1080p and 60fps with good quality settings has tripled for modern current generation games. So if you bought a GPU 3 or 4 years ago — such as the GeForce GTX 650 — and were able to play the latest games back then, you’ll find your graphics performance coming up short in today’s games.
With the GTX 1050 and 1050 Ti, you’ll be able to play today’s most popular games at a smooth 60fps, while sipping a paltry 75 watts of power.
Out of the box the GTX 1050 and 1050 Ti are both blazing fast, with the GTX 1050 Ti on average 40% faster and more than 128% more power efficient than the closest competitive product at stock speeds, demonstrating again the prowess of our Pascal architecture and GeForce GTX lineup.
And upgrading to the GTX 1050 or 1050 Ti couldn’t be any easier. Neither need an external power connector. Yet both deliver unheard of levels of performance and power efficiency for this class of product. Just plug in the card, install our GeForce Experience software, click a button to optimize game settings and game on.
GTX 1050 Ti will be available on October 25, while the GTX 1050 will be available on or before November 8.
GTX 1050 and 1050 Ti custom boards will be available from NVIDIA GeForce Partners, including ASUS, EVGA, Gainward, Galaxy, Gigabyte, iGame, Innovision 3D, MSI, Palit, PNY and Zotac. NVIDIA GeForce partners represent a global network that will deliver GTX 1050 and 1050 Ti to gamers in 238 countries and territories
