Star Wars: The Force Awakens is a huge hit and headed to reach soon to the $1 billon mark. As we said before in our Must Play Games of 2015, if you are a huge fan of it then you probably played or going to play Star Wars: Battlefront. But if you are going to play it by keeping in mind that sometime later EA or developer DICE would add Episode 7 ( The Force Awakens ) DLC to it then you’re absolutely wrong.
EA did have plans for DLCs or expansions this coming year, in which they were adding weapons, vehicles, villains, new multiplayer maps, new game modes and additional heroes, but showed no plans to link the movie to the game. When asked by a fan on twitter that if they were adding Episode 7 to it, they replied by saying –
Our team is focusing on the original trilogy for this release of Star Wars Battlefront.

Its good to see that they were focusing on the original trilogy at this time, which will also gain some popularity for The Force Awakens.
Recently this month, Battle of Jakku DLC was released which was set 29 years before the events of The Force Awakens.
The first season pass DLC will released in early 2016 and we will keep updating whenever it strikes. What do you think of this recent development.
