Avalanche Studios, the developers of Just Cause franchise and Mad Max,have announced a new game called Generation Zero, an open-world action game set in 1980s Sweden.
The game supports solo, as well as seamless co-op with upto three players. The trailer showcases an arry of military-style weapons and stuff. Avalanche says that “you’ll be able to lure, cripple, or destroy enemies in intense, creative sandbox skirmishes.”
The game, is built on the Apex engine, the same engine behind Just Cause 3 and Mad Max. The open world will include a full day/night cycle, and weapons will have realistic ballistic properties.
The trailer teases a 2019 release date and more details are expected at this year’s E3.
