Bless Cyberpunk 2077, bless CD Projekt Red, but bless GOG even more. GOG the savior of retro games and pro-consumer policies may have finally hit the big break it deserves. CD Projekt Red has announced via Twitter that every third copy of the digital version of Cyberpunk 2077 for PC has Been pre-ordered on GOG.com.
GOG has been in some tough ice as of late but it seems the community really meant when they said they’d pre-order CP 2077 on GOG just to support the platform and the developers. More pre-orders on GOG mean more revenue for the publisher and the developer since the digital distribution platform is owned by CD Projekt. Here’s wishing them all the best!
