Dark Light

So, Epic is going in all the way. Epic Games has just announced Epic Mega Sale, offering steep discounts to released and even pre-released games. During the Epic Mega Sale, developers and publishers are discounting a ton of great games up to 75% off. The Epic Mega Sale runs in the Epic Games store from May 16 to June 13.

What’s crazy is that if you have bought a game worth $14.99 and above on the EGS,  Epic Games provides an additional $10 off to you at no cost to the publisher or developer on top of the sale discount. Combine that with regional pricing, and the results are pretty mindblowing.

As you can see below, Remedy’s Control, Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2, The Sinking City, Borderlands 3 and Phoenix Point is available for  $12.99, $8.99 $12.99, $34.99 and $5.99  respectively. Other deals include Metro Exodus for $12.74, World War Z for $5.99 and Outward for $21.99.

Despite our personal opinions on the store, those are some really irresistible numbers.

Finally, Epic Games has also announced it’s expanding its “free game every two weeks” program during the Epic Mega Sale. During this sales period, Epic will be offering a free game every week, starting with No Code’s experimental adventure game, Stories Untold. Players should check back every week during the Epic Mega Sale for new free game offers.

Players can head over to epicgames.com to start taking advantage of the Epic Mega Sale. Additional details can be found at the Epic Mega Sale FAQ.
