The COVID-19 situation continues to affect gaming, as well as day-to-day life worldwide. Death Standing, Hideo Kojima’s passion project was originally supposed to launch on June 2nd, 2020 for the PC. But now, Kojima Productions has announced that the PC version of Death Stranding has been delayed until July 14th.

The delay is due to the studio closing its doors temporarily for the safety of the team. Work is currently being done from homes and the studio believes that this extra time to further polish the PC version of the game.

Additional PC features include HIGH FRAME RATE, PHOTO MODE, and ULTRA-WIDE MONITOR SUPPORT. Also includes cross-over content from Valve Corporation’s HALF-LIFE series.

Death Stranding originally launched back on 8 November 2019 for PS4 to rather polarizing reception. Some people loved it while others found the game to be utterly boring.
