Following the Nvidia RTX 3000 GPU reveal event last night, a screenshot was shared on Reddit which caused plenty of mess, showing an image of the game with the phrase “200GB Games” at the bottom. This led to fans believing the game will be 200GB (at least on PC) when installed but CD Projekt RED Community Lead Marcin Momot took to Twitter to clarify the PC storage requirement for its installment.
While the @CyberpunkGame system requirements are not out yet (they are coming soon, though!), I wanted to address this topic from reddit. The game won't take up 200GB when installed. You can expect the required HDD space to be on par with other modern titles. pic.twitter.com/tRigjPWLfC

Nevertheless, players will be relieved to hear that they won’t have to delete a ton of stuff or go out and purchase another storage device solely for Cyberpunk 2077. He did not say the exact installation size, but he did hint that it will be as big as modern titles to date.
Cyberpunk 2077 is currently scheduled to release on November 19th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One with support for Xbox Series X and PS5 when the next-gen consoles get released this coming holiday season 2020.
