Corsair, one of the world leaders in terms of technological innovations,and masters in the field of products like memory modules, power supplies, cabinets, accessories and complete systems have announced their acquisition of Elgato Gaming. The total amount involved in this deal, as of this moment,is undisclosed.
Elgato Gaming specializes in recording equipment, especially in capture cards and streaming software/accessories.
Elgato’s connected home business, Elgato Eve, will continue as an independent, separate entity under the name Eve Systems.
