Command and Conquer was dead for the better half of the decade, till they were revived tonight at E3 by Electronic Arts. The newest entry in the franchise is Command and Conquer Rivals.
Command and Conquer Rivals is a mobile RTS where the main objective is to destroy the enemy base with units or buildings. Power areas generate resources necessary for unit creation, which in turn is done to contest the map, trying to destroy the enemy base.
The on-stage gameplay showed the players contesting a missile depot,which was used for firing a missile at the enemy base. Enemy bases can withstand a maximum of two missile attacks.
