Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is undoubtedly one of the biggest upcoming games this year. Infinity Ward has already managed to grab the attention of many Battlefield veterans, by bringing a proper modern era shooter without neon laser guns or revolvers from World War 1. Activision has finally revealed what hardware you’ll require to enjoy the shooter:
Minimum Requirements
OS: Windows 7 64-bit (SP1) or Windows 10 64-bit
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 / GTX 1650 or AMD Radeon HD 7950 – DirectX 12.0 compatible
Storage: 175GB
Processor: Intel Core i3-4340 or AMD FX-6300
Memory: 8GB RAM
Recommended Specifications
OS: Windows 10 64-bit latest update
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 / GTX 1660, or AMD Radeon R9 390 / RX 580 – DirectX 12.0 compatible
Storage: 175GB
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD Ryzen R5 1600X
Memory: 12GB
Yep, that’s the actual recommended storage space. A whopping 175GB. (which is actually more than Red Dead Redemption 2) But worry not, Activision later clarified that the initial download will be smaller. The huge recommendation is to keep sufficient space for the post-launch content they’ll be adding to the game.
Get ready to jump in action this October 25th. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare arrives across PC, PS4, Xbox One. Pre-orders are live.
