The Nintendo Switch “Tokyo Broadcast” livestream is just around the corner and Nintendo will reveal new info about the Switch like launch lineup, price, release date and more; it is set to start at 8 PM PT/11 PM EST on Jan 12..
The following months will see a “Switch preview tour” where people will be able to have hands on impressions with the Switch and play its upcoming games. The tour schedule is as follows:
- Jan 13-15: New York
- Jan 17-19: Toronto,
- Jan 27-29: San Antonio (PAX South),
- Feb 10-12: Washington,
- Feb 17-19: Chicago,
- Feb 24-26: San Francisco,
- March 3-5: Los Angeles,
- March 16-18: PAX East, SXSW.
First two days of each city are for invitees only while the third day is open for all; on the other hand, PAX and SXSW will allow full access to everyone.
On the same day however, Nintendo Of America will also be hosting a Treehouse Event live from the New York event and will aim to provide an in-depth look at upcoming Switch games as well as some developer interviews. Both the Tokyo Broadcast and the Treehouse livestream can be watched on Nintendo’s own website as well as their YouTube and Twitch channels.
