Continuing the trend from our previous article on buying INR 1K worth of games, we decided to make a list of all of the best games on Steam under the 100 price point because, why not. So without Further ado let’s get into the games:
Just Cause 2
Just Cause 2, for it’s time was a great open world mass destruction simulator and while it’s successor scales everything to 11, JC2 is still a solid game to this day and it’s graphics still hold up. Modding the game makes it a much more fun to play and being a relatively older game, some CPU intensive mods work like a charm on newer systems.
System Shock 1 & 2 Bundle
If you are someone who is new to the genre of Prey which released in May this year and want to experience something even better, System Shock is the perfect choice. System Shock and Prey had a similar development team with System Shock having the narrative finesse of Ken Levine While the graphics are dated, the gameplay holds up due to the in depth systems placed throughout and is easily one of the all time greats.
Deus Ex
Deus Ex is another piece of art from the bygone era of games which gave the player almost full control of any situation and had multiple complex systems in place. The stellar level, design and various RPG elements only elevates the experience. Again, if you can look past the graphics, it is another game that will blow your mind through it’s narrative and gameplay.
Bastion
The game is beautifully made, it combines stunning visual aesthetics along with a marvelous soundtrack. The story is great and the gameplay is very fluid (Albeit with a controller), addictive from start to end.
Hotline Miami
Hotline Miami is not just a game, it is also an experience. It’s super fast gameplay, trance-like music and relevant social themes along with a very good plot truly make it a modern gem.
