Armello the turn based card game developed by the Australian game studio League Of Geeks is getting a new update which aims to fix many of its initial problems.
In the game review posted by the noob, we had some beef with Armello, the biggest of which was the extremely small font size which made it difficult to read what was on the screen. Thankfully, this issue with fonts will be fixed in the upcoming Armellians Roar update.
Another feature that will be added would be the option to fast-forward the moves of your AI opponent. This was another feature that we thought was missing in the original game, and proves that League Of Geeks are definitely listening to feedback.
The complete list of fixes included in the recent patch includes:
- House Rules – allowing players to customize rules for each game
- Pacing improvements – Greater control over game speed with the addition of a fast-forward button to hurry through off-turns in single player and a new “Quick A.I. Turns” mode to hasten A.I. controlled characters
- New armor and weapons, including an Easter egg for fans of Darkest Dungeon. As well as two new hero-augmenting amulets
- Improved stability and security in multiplayer
- Significant localization upgrades in all languages
Do you think this patch will improve Armello’s gameplay. We sure do. Are you excited to create your very own rules during multiplayers, maybe those Rot Victories will be achievable now under House Rules. Let us know what you think in the comments.
